1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Ninonine will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 30 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- No return fee. However, orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 10% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Customers have to pay return shipping costs.
- Please allow Ninonine 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Ninonine will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

- Original payment mode
- Store credit (Via Discount code/Gift card)
Return methods customers will receive on Ninonine:
- Ship back by customers (Customers will send it back on their own by any shipping services)
Final sale and non-returnable categories:
- Face masks
Here are the reasons for return:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Sizing issue: Item too big
- Sizing issue: Item too small
- Unsatisfied with quality
- Wrong item sent
- Wrong item ordered
- Description incorrect/misleading
- Product does not match photos
Note: Return reasons will require photos submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.
Once submitted, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.
We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 6 hours.
Every cancellation request which is raised later than 6 hours from the purchasing time will not be accepted.
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.
To cancel, please chat with us or send an email to email@example.com along with your request.
However, please be well-informed that if you cancel order, 10% of your total order value should be charged for the cancellation because we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fee on Paypal.
3. CHANGE ORDER INFORMATION POLICY
Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
Same as the cancellation policy, we can edit your order within 6 hours.
After that, your order will be on the line to process and we can not be sure if it can still be modified. In that case, please contact us and tell us how you want to edit and we will check it for you. If it can still be edited, we’re willing to do it right away.
If you realize you have made an error in shipping address or purchasing, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.
